Why is on-board video cheaper than no on-board video card?

Both of these two MoBOs are almost identical, except this one has an on-board video card and its cheaper---> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This one doesnt have video, but is more expensive-->

Can someone please explain why the one cost more than the other. It kinda seems backwards.

BTW I do plan on using a actual video card in one of these.

Onboard video boards are almost always cheaper because they are lower end and have less high end features.

The FX has true 16x/16x crossfire and is the highest end AM3 chipset you can get.
The GX only has 8x/8x crossfire and is the next best chipset.
