Why is on-board video cheaper than no on-board video card?

Both of these two MoBOs are almost identical, except this one has an on-board video card and its cheaper---> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131631

This one doesnt have video, but is more expensive-->

Can someone please explain why the one cost more than the other. It kinda seems backwards.

BTW I do plan on using a actual video card in one of these.

Thanx

Onboard video boards are almost always cheaper because they are lower end and have less high end features.

The FX has true 16x/16x crossfire and is the highest end AM3 chipset you can get.
The GX only has 8x/8x crossfire and is the next best chipset.
  2. So if you're not gonna do crossfire, might as well get the one with an on-board/cheaper?
