My Processor

Hello i have a problem i have an processor AMD DUAL CORE 5600+ ,and i have a problem in every game i enter i have big frames it come in every minute for 10 sec that frames and is not playable ,1 year ago i had this problem but when i clean the cooler it work perfectly .but now doesnt work .... what could i do guys?
and one more problem i have temp on processor 60C ...

I would suggest you buy a new cooler the Coolmaster Hyper TX3 is cheap and very good for dual core processors.
