Vga output to tv

Hello,
My LCD flatscreen when set to VGA says it does not reconize signal from laptop. I connected another computer with same OS and it plays fine

You must tell your laptop to output a signal to the VGA connector. You can either do that with the special keyboard sequence or use the display properties.

Check the resolution and refresh rate on the display, make sure it's set to what the display can work with. If you can't get anything on the screen and don't have another monitor to try, start in VGA mode by hitting F8 after the BIOS loads but before Windows starts to load.
