Are those cpu temperatures OK?

I have a Q8400 running at stock speed with the stock cooler, when idle the core temperatures are 40-44 C, but under prime 95 they rise to 75-80 C, ambient temperature is 30 C, is that OK or are those temperatures too high?

Sounds a bit too high... Not sure though, the core 2 quads might be able to take quite a beating, never had one myself
