Please help with motherboard selection.

Hi,

I recently had problems with my very small system - it overheated in hot weather due to the components I have in it. Anyway I am changing the barebones system and wanting to put a motherboard in my old case, but keeping the components from my current system. Could anyone suggest a motherboard with the following requirements....

1. Must be mATX
2. Must be DDR2 RAM based, 4 Slots for my 8 GB RAM
3. MUST have a firewire port
4. Ideally be AM2+ as I have an Athlon 64 X2. I am willing to get AM3 if I can get it with DDR2 support (RAM is very expensive these days) and buy a new processor.
