Simple answer: You can't

You will have to use a different computer with an internet connection.
Go to your laptop or PC manufacturer's website.
Download those three driver packages (for the SMBus controller you need to download the "Chipset Driver")
Transfer those driver packages over to the PC which needs them.
Install the packages (the Chipset Driver should be installed first).
