Ad hoc networking , security problem

Hey Guys ,

I created an adhoc network between two laptops, I can connect and share the internet connection successfully without a problem when security is turned off.

But when create an adhoc network with WPA2 on , client laptop cannot connect to the ad hoc network

The network is created using a laptop which runs vista and I am trying to connect from a laptop which runs XP. Lack of security is a real concern, so guys any idea , what's going wrong in my case ??

Perhaps one of the wireless adapters is not happy with WPA2. Have you tried regular WPA.

Thanks for the quick reply . It was the case with WEP it works fine. I think DELL wireless does not like WPA2 much. Thanks again.
