I need to install 2 windows XP and win98
which i install first ??? xp then 98 or vice versa

You can't.

Well, technically you CAN install XP to a FAT32 partition that already has Win98 on it, but you will have NEVER-ENDING problems installing programs and conflicts between the two operating systems. . .
