Ethernet controller and others drivers problem

hai guys,i got a problem,im instaling Windows XP sp3 and i got problem when instaling.
the problem is,my msvbvm.dll cant copied

try a lot of time and still cant,so i skip it and the problem comes out again when the OS run.

when i see the device manager,the ethernet controler,audio definition bus,etc in same part

can i got help here?

If you are installing from a CD, it may be scratched or badly smudged with fingermarks.
Try cleaning the CD and installing again.

The driver issues are probably because XP does not have built-in drivers for your hardware, you need to download them from the vendor support site. Seems like you can get your system booted without that dll file.
