What motherboard for amd athlon x3 435?

Going to be using this computer for internet, word processing and light work. Maybe very light gaming going to get the gt 240 graphics card. Just need to get a good motherboard on the cheaper side. Maybe with usb 3.0 would be nice. only using one graphics card.

ddr2 or ddr3? full size atx or micro atx for oem cases?

mid tower case, and dont need ddr3 i guess but want something that will help boot the machine up fast. not sure what the price dif is.

For atx and ddr3: asrock M3A770DE $59.99 at newegg.
For micro atx and ddr3: MSI 760GM-E51

If you want usb 3.0 or sata 6.0, you'll pay at least $30 more. The above boards have alot of standard features for basic computing. Again, if you want better advice, check your case specs and see if it will take an atx board, and tell us if you will be using ddr2 or ddr3.

gigabyte ga770TA-UB3 is around $87 shipped after $10 rebate at newegg but seems to come with everything except onboard video which you don't need.
