Out of range error after windows XP loads

Hello, I have an IOGEAR 2-port USB VGA KMV hubb and when I boot up my second computer after windows starts up the screen goes black and I get the "out of range" message-I hear a little groan from the pc as it goes to the error message. I'm running XP service pack 2-Asus board w/i7 quad/core proc. It used to be an intermitant problem now it's everytime. If I go to safe mode I don't get the error and the monitor works properly. Any idea's would be appreciated-Thanks, Zack
