Budget mobo for phenom ii x4 970

Hey I'm in need of some tips on good performance mobos for my new build.

I will be using
Phenom ii x4 970be
Xfx 750w Bronze cert single rail
Samsung 1TB Spinpoint F3 7200rpm SATA 3Gb/s 32MB
Saphire radeon 6970

Was thinking of buying the asus M4A77T mobo but heard mixed reviews. I don't want rock bottom prices I just dont want to break myself. Also any advice on performace ram for this would be greatly appreciated.

I would look at the asrock 870 extreme 3 for about $90 at newegg. It has the latest features including usb 3.0 and sata 6. I use gskill 1.5v 1600 ddr3; it's very stable.
