Improving base score index

Base score? Are we talking about your Windows Experience Index score?

the windows index scores isn't something you should take to seriously, it's really to give people with very little computer knowledge a general idea of what their system is like, it's not like we can help that much anyways, we don't even know which component got the 3.6. At least specify that
