Adding HD4350 card, do I need more power psu?

hi

ATI says HD4350 card requires 300w. My pc comes with 300w.

so, in adding a 4350, will I need to upgrade the psu? confused.

also have xonar D2 PCI version sound card installed.

think i should be ok but just checking

Na, you'll be fine. 4350 doesn't use any power to be of concern.
