Toshiba laptop touch pad drivers for windows xp

my toshiba satellite laptop U305 -S2804 touch pad and side keys are not working. also, the CD ROM does not work even though the power LED glows and opens and closes normally. i tried by vac cleaning , but of no avail. please help. My OS is windows XP-SP3
