P5QD Turbo - CPU is overloaded after few minutes of running

Hello, I have problem with my new MB ASUS P5QD Turbo. I bought it and get this problem few weeks ago. So when I turn on my PC first time in the day and windows is loaded, everything looks fine, but in a few minutes of playing game or watching flash videos on web or divx on my harddrive my CPU starts to overloading (87 - 97%). I see it on windows gadget and in taskmanager too. When it starts my mous pointer and sound starts to lagging. I've try to change CPU, reinstall windows, install new drivers and old drivers, but this didn't help. It's interesting that, after I restart PC, its all good. No overloading I can play games all the day and its fine. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

Edit: And I forget about the second problem. This MB switch off my HDDs (or only partitions) after few minutes of inactivity. And when I want to do something on HDD I must wait until it connect it again. Thanks for all solutions.

try hwmonitor and ,interchange disk to another computer

My disk is new. I have one 750GB before and it was the same as the new. And after I buy new I use this old in the another PC and it works fine. Here is info from hwmonitor. did you look at the the process manager to see what is running when the overload appear.
