I am wanting to build a new pc and I have a limited budget of about $800. I was wanting to get an i5-750 processor but am a little confused about all of the other parts. This is not a gaming machine. I am a college student and really just surf the web, and play an occasional old computer game (I am a big fan of starcraft). Could anybody help me with some good budget parts? I have read that G.Skill RipJaws ram is good, I was looking at maybe 4gb if it is cost effective. As far as everything else I am kind of in limbo. This will be the first home built pc for me.

^Agree, but here's at try. It comes to $740 which leaves room for a copy of 7 from your school. You didn't specify whether you needed anything like a monitor or keyboard so I assumed not.
