X4 965 BE Heatsink suggestions

Hey People,

I am planning replace the stock heatsink from my AMD X4 965 BE 125W. And am looking for a decently priced solution. My Budged is around $25-30, but i can stretch it a little.

Please suggest good heatsink, CPU coolers that support the AM3 socket, and are true value for money , and of course, are great coolers.
