Gaming build for HD monitor

Hello,
I am planning to build a gaming PC, based on a recommended "gamer" build. As I am doing a lot of photoshop designs for work, i have high res 24" monitor (1920 x 1080). I want games to run in max video settings. So i was wondering if I should go for video components from "enthusiast" build, or the "gamer" build will do.
I don't play Crysis, though, mostly WOW,which is not as video intensive ofc.

ok, budget is between "gamer" and enthusiast, lets say about 1100-1200.

so CPU Intel Core i5 750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz + GPU XFX HD-585X-ZAFC Radeon HD 5850 1GB will do?

I mean 1100-1200 for a tower (incl case but no monitor, no OS etc)

And another question, if i plan adding SSD to run OS later, is there anything specific i need to keep in mind while choosing MOBO?
