Hi, I am recently trying to set up a computer for one of my customer so he can see HD show on his TV from a computer plugged on HDMI. I've nearly done miracle with it already but when i try some of the streaming site like youtube, everythihng is ok. But When i try on www.tou.tv by exemple, cpu's at 100%. I know the computer may be a little too slow ( intel 2.8 ghz single core, 700 ram, Gigabyte Radeon HD 4650 1GB DDR2 AGP 8X VGA DVI-I HDMI Video Card )

So i was thinking a better computer would do the job. Ill link you the piece i choose and i would like to be sure if i will lag or not

-2048MB Dual Channel PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2 x 1024MB)(0.5 lbs)
-Eagle ET-PSVT550E Voltas 550-Watt ATX 12V Power Supply - 550-Watt, ATX, 120mm Fan, PCIe, 10 Connectors(3 lbs)
-AMD Athlon X2 7850 Black Edition Dual Core Processor AD785ZWCJ2BGH - 2.80GHz, Socket AM2+, 2MB Cache, 2000MHz (4000 MT/s),
-ASUS M4A785-M Motherboard - AMD 785G Socket, AM2+, MicroATX, HDMI, USB 2.0, PCIe(2.4 lbs)

i'd like to be sure if it will still lag with that kind of machine.
Thanks and sorry for the bad english
