Best 120GB SSD under 150€? Samsung 830?

Hi! I'm now getting some new parts to my PC, and I was thinking about getting a 120GB SSD for the applications, Windows is already on a 60GB SSD.
So my question is, which SSD would you personally go with? I've got some recommendations on the Samsung 830, but I'm kind of worried about the writing speed, only 320MB/s (reads 520MB/s), what do you think? The rivals have higher writing speeds, but I've been warned about their quality (for example Corsair).

Everyone seems to be loving on the Mushkin Enhanced Chronos Deluxe. That should fit the bill.

I know everyone wants best bang for the buck and max speed on everything, but that 830 will crush any conventional drive and feel extremely fast.

Thanks, Mushkin seems to pretty expensive (209,90 € at least in one place in Finland), I think I might go with the Samsung 830 if no-one has a better idea.
