I have been dealing with it since i built my pc. The noise comes out when i'm browsing the internet or playing the latest games. It's silent and not annoyng but i can clearly hear it. Is this sound usual for the latest graphics cards ? Is something wrong with it ?

It's MSI card:

I have tried reseating it into another PCI-E socket but it gives off the same sound.

Nominate this one for the statement of the day.

It is coil squeal if have already ruled out the fan being the cause. It is a wonder on to me how others can miss this. Basically the choke coils that make up the filtering stage on your card's vrm is giving off an audible noise while under load and with cards with higher level of power consumption it is common. There are several ways to deal with this such as cooling mods to RMA.
