Noise issue

How do we take care of the noisy active cooling say of RV690 and onwards. Do we have to have a Zalman cooler or something of that sort. My heavy stuff is taking rest from months as the noise part bugs me during work as well as multimedia stuff.

Other than lowering your fan speed which could create a heat issue...just play with the fan loud TURN UP THE GAMES AND MOVIES
