Are there MRAM, or STT-RAM solid state drives?
If there is where might I aquire one?

No. Theses technologies are under development. what led you to believe they would be capable of being used in an SSD? and why on earth would you even want one?

Unfortunately, not, BUT, Buffalo has started shipping SSD's with MRAM cache!
I believe the product is for industry though, and not for sale, would be happy to be proved otherwise!

^They are capable for use in SSD's, they are more power efficient, and faster.
And MRAM is under Commercial development, however, it is used in Sattelites!
