thanx for your advice, but i will look for nVidia on other answer bcoz its Phsyx are quite interesting....
well im an AMD and ATi user since 2006 (low-budget), and gonna try to move to Intel CPU or nVidia GPU (the two aren't a cheap choice??)

i will choose your advice, but not now, as i planned to buy a new rig next year
(dont have money because im only a student)
 
To be honest at your budget point just concentrate on raw frames for the $$ and dun worry about DX11 (ATI) or PhyX (Nvidia) In fact if u didn't bring up low power consumption i would have no qualms recommneding anything from the trio of HD 4770/GTS 250/HD 4850 as they will perform better in games raw frames wise (but at cost of power consumption)
