Money for new build available

Hi I have some money burning a hole in my pocket, not a lot but, enough to build a new rig.
First of all I have my eye on a case.
I like this one.
PC-A77FB Aluminium Black Full Tower Case
As you can see it's a nice up to date case with USB 3.0 and SATA 6.
Now for the MoBo.
I have read nothing, but, good reviews on this MoBo.
It's an Asus Maximus Extreme III
This is where tech starts to give me a headache. :pt1cable:
Next I would like a CPU and Memory.
I was pondering on an i5, but which one?
How much and which Memory do I need.
I want an Ati Radeon HD 5870, and later on another one. Is this a good idea?
I would also like a PSU to handle all this and future upgrades.
This computer will be for gaming and media editing, and of course the internet.
I will be using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Thanks in anticipation.
