What is your Power supply? Also- are you overclocking your CPU at all? Probably the best you'll do is a 5670. If your PSU can handle a little more and has the PCI-e power connector, the 5770 might be a good option too, but you'll really need to OC your CPU as much as you can to use a 5770.

Thanks for your fast reply.... well I can buy a new pwer supply because my old is a generic one with a 450 watt non reals I suppose... I ve never oc my cpu at all.... I almost buy a zotac 9800 gt but the attendant said that the mobo not will be able with the gpu...... SO I can buy a good gpu with a better power supply... and the temperatures? will be safe... thanks very much

with a generic 450W PSU, you should be OK with a 5670. If you OC your CPU and push it over 3 GHz or so, then it might be worth getting a 5770, but then I would get a new PSU as well. Your temps should be pretty much fine as none of these cards get particularly hot anyway.
