Hi guys,

I recently got a new computer and created a partition upon Windows 7 HP x64 of 150gb. My HDD was 700Gb leaving an unallocated ~550gb. After installing I went to disc management and created a new simple volume etc etc and formatted it, so that now the larger partition (~550gb named "E:") is on 'My Computer' as well as the smaller 150gb partition.

My question is, how do I make my partition E: the primary save spot for everything I download, save, import etc etc?

Well you can do it one of two ways. you can change the default saving location in each application, or you can change your My Documents folder location to point to the E: drive.
