Problem with newly brought pen-drive

Hello,
i have brought new 32gb pen-drive i have formatted it to exfat format and now it is showing that windows cannot access it and showing h:/ is not accessible the file or directory is corrupted or unreadable how can i resolve this pen-drive is not write protected
