It simply means that you'll have to update the BIOS on the motherboard to the latest version. Normally it should come with the latest BIOS, but if it doesn't you can either ask GIGABYTE to flash it or just buy a different motherboard which does support it - the 890GX and FX chipsets should.

If you were going to do it as a gaming build, you'd need a better video card. Maybe instead of the six core chip, pick up an Athlon II x3 or x4 and get a 5670 or better.
