Java wont download.

Hello,
I have having issues with JAVA not downloading even with the offline version. I keep receiving an error message telling me that says the wizard was interrupted before JAVA 7 Update 13 could be completely installed. Please help!! Not very Computer literate.

Check your browser settings, and make sure your proxy setting is not turned on.
