Who repairs dropped External Hard drives?

I dropped my girl friends hp and shattered her hard drive who can fix this or can it be fixed?

Not fixable in most cases.

Inside a HDD there are parts assembled with precision in a clean room so if the rattling is in the drive itself (not the casing) there is little hope.

I agree with rolli, there's little chance at fixing an issue like this.
