Need help with hardware compatibility

Hey guys, I need some assurance that the parts I list below are compatible with each other.

Gigabyte GA-MA78LM-S2H http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=2...
Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...
Cooler master TX3 http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?category_id=356...

My main concern is hardware compatibility, mainly the cooler master TX3. This is because according to newegg, it supports AM2 and AM3 but not AM2+, but it's listed under the AM2, AM2+ section on the cooler master website but AM2+ is not mentioned in the description.

Is this for a new build? I wouldn't get any of those parts, if so. There's a Build Advice form in my signature that you could fill out, and we'd be able to suggest a much better build for you.

I believe the clip connector is the same on AM2, AM2+ and AM3.

They are compatible, but the CPU and motherboard are one generation behind so if they are not cheap, you can do better.
