Which mobo to compliment the AMD Phenom II X4 965

I'm thinking of getting the AMD Phenom II X4 965 now that the SandyBridge option has been pulled from under me. I'm looking for a mobo, probably an ASUS based on feedback I've been given. SATA 6gb and USB 3.0 is a must.

This is what I have for my PC build so far

Rosewill Challenger case
Corsair 650W power supply
1TB WD HDD
DVD drive

Planning on getting

8GB Crucial RAM
I still need to pick out a video card
This ASUS 23inch monitor

Suggestions?

Also, buy the Phenom x4 955 and, at a minimum, overclock to the x4 970 specs. Those are all C3 revision chips and will all clock the same. The only difference is the multipler as set by the factory. Pair the x4 955 with a good aftermarket cooler (CM Hyper 212+) and shoot for an overclock of 3.8+ GHz.

I'm not big into overclocking, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of value in it for me.

Anyone else want to chime in?
