Lock the taskbar

Hello yourself. "Locking the taskbar" is a setting that keeps the user from re-sizing the taskbar, or moving it to another edge. It's not a security setting, since any use can turn it off.
Left-click on the taskbar. A menu will pop up. Select "Lock the taskbar."
