How can i solve the promlem of my toshiba laptob

Hello guys,
I have Satellite Pro A200 Toshiba laptop which is one month old. Its CD driver sounds at every 10 minutes as what it makes during inserting a CD. It is working properly, however the sound in its CD drive is not common. So what could be the problem?

Contact Toshiba technical support. Especially since the laptop is brand new.

Maybe, some program keeps checking for a disc in the CD drive. Check to see what processes might be running in the background.
