TR3 GOLD The Lost Artifact Fake CD Patch

I'm not good at finding stuff on the web and when I do I forget where, plus my
computer chrashed and I lost my info. I have a nude patch for TR3 TLA but
didn't get all I need to make it work, I need a CD eliminator or whatever to
make the patch run, I found it once but forgot where, I have it for TR1, TR2
and TR3, but lost it for TR3 Gold TLA. does anyone know where I can find this??
