HOW TO HOOK UP MIC AND HEADPHONE

Hello, Im hoping someone could help me out.
The wires that clip on to a desktop model mzn asus motherboard for the mic and headphone are disconnected and i dont know which order they go.

I have - mic in, mic bias, ground.
- right in , right out , left in, left out, ground.

HELP!!!!
