Need Info on class action law suit for hp pavillion dv9000

Where do I go to get information on the class action lawsuit for HP Pavillion dv9000 laptops. Last week I brought my laptop in to see about getting it fixed and was told the problem is the motherboard and that their is a class action lawsuit that I should check into.
