Well the 9800GTX+ requires a min. of 450w PSU (correct me if i'm wrong), and also requires a PSU with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amp ... and your PSU delivers only 20A ...

IF you are considering to upgrade your PSU ... then why not buy the GPU first and test if it works or not ... if it works and OS is booting fine, then run some demanding games like Crysis and check if everything is running normally (no artifacts, no BSOD, no crashes etc) ...

If not, then you can always upgrade your PSU to something better ...

But Paul the octopus is saying the current PSU is gonna do the job ....
