Windows starts, blue screen, restart???

I just rebuilt my computer:

ASUS P5QL-VM DO (BIOS 0405)
Intel 2 Duo 3.16 GHz
10 GB Ram [(2) 4GB G-Skill & (2) 1 GB Kingston DDR2 800]
Windows 7 64 bit

The BIOS sees the RAM and processor. The computer POSTs and I see the Windows 7 start up screen. It quickly shows blue screen of death and restarts. I've tried "repair my computer" with the install disc, but that doesn't help. I'm just using the old SATA hard drives from my old computer, and all was working fine (but slow due to processor) in there. Any ideas?

Welcome, Newcomer. Start by removing the pair of Kingston RAM. Then get into your BIOS and manually set your RAM specs to the values displayed on the stickers affixed to your RAM sticks.

Before you start playing about with your memory try doing a system restore back to a time when you know the computer was working.
