Here's the ram to start off right away:

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800) 12GB (3x4GB) Triple Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9T-12GBRL)

Figured I would get these cause 1 of my slots is being covered by a big CPU cooler. 12 gigs shows up in CPU-Z, but in dxdiag it only says 8 gigs. Googled a bit of it, someone said something about timings but I dunno if that is it or even how to do that stuff (if that is the way to fix this). I did take out 1 stick and still got 8 gigs showing, and did this with each to make sure they were all working.

Windows 7 Home-Premium 64 bit
I7 2600k Sandy Bridge
P8P67 DELUXE motherboard
EVGA 570 GTX

You bought the wrong set of RAM

1366 MoBos = triple channel memory = 3 x 4GB
1155 / 1156 MoBos = double channel memory = 2 x 4B

Read ya manual ? See Page 2-6

Page 2-12 gives ya the various options for installing RAM modules in the 4 available slots.....choices are:

1 DIMM - Use slot A2
2 DIMMs - Use slots A2 and B2
4 DIMMs - Use slots A1, A2, B1, B2

Note that there's no option for 3 DIMMs

No problem w/ using 2 of the 3 modules.

Hmmm. At first i did get these -

OCZ (OCZ3RPR2400C10LV4GK) DDR3 PC3-19200 2400MHz Reaper HPC 4GB (2x2GB) Kit (bought x2, so 8 gigs in total)

but like I said before, because of my Zalman CNPS10X Extreme, it covers 1 of my ram slots so I figured I would return the the OCZ ones and get 3 sticks of those G.skill ones since thats how many slots I have available (tho Im sure i dont really need 12 gigs).

I guess I can return the G.skill sticks and get something else, is there anything you can recommend?

If you do think I should return them and get something else, could you help me choose something from Canada Computers They need to have the ram in stock under "Hamilton Mountain" cause thats where I bought the ram from.

Also Thank you for the fast replies, I'd love to be able to go down tomorrow and exchange.
