9 pin motherboard to case usb

Hello,
my pc case has two usb ports on the front, but only wires from one to connect to the motherboard. where can i buy a new wire for the second one?

USB only needs 4 pins. Normally the case has a single cable with 8 pins that plugs into an 8pin block that controls 2 usb ports on the motherboard.
