Hello, i recently purchased the XFX 5970 BE gpu
However my fan is limited to 30% just like about everyone out there, so i want to use the offical bios to flash the gpu to unlock fan control and have it higher than 30%..
i have looked and tried to follow many many guide but i just simply do not know exactly what to do
so if possible i would love a step to step basis on what exactly to do! furtherst i got was copying the files to bootable ui only to get 'btmanager is missing' ctrl alt delete to restart
would really appreciate it as im stuck as crossroads atm..
