Help with new XFX Radeon 5870 problem

Just got my card in last night. Installed 10.3 drivers from the official website. Games play great but my internet images are blurry and any picture online looks horrible. Really bad colors. What am I doing wrong here? My desktop and video games look crystal clear. But when I get on the net, forget about it. ugly as heck.

When you say ACC do just mean resolution for the display?
