COMPUTER WON'T TURN ON HELP!

I just got a new rig that i built and it has a phenom ii x2 955 be and i unlocked all the cores then once i exited the bios it stopped showing video and it gets power just won't do ANYTHING! Please any suggestions

i'm not sure if this will help, but did u try taking out the cemos battery, and whate a few min and put it back in? sometimes that helps on some things i'v done.
