Is this a good $800 cpu/mobo/ram/gpu/case/psu setup?

I've got a 1920x1080 monitor and a 32" HDTV that i will hook up this system to. I already have a hdd, optical drive, speakers, etc. I'll primarily be programming, watching hulu on my hdtv and playing games (nothing too hardcore, mainly just games that i cant get on 360/ps3).

What I have picked out is:
HIS 5850 - $309.99 - $10 instant = $299.99

Corsair 650 watt psu - $119.99 - $30 instant - $20 mir = $69.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

G.SKILL ddr3 1600 ram - $119.99 - $10 instant = $109.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231303

AMD 955BE - $159.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103808

ASUS M4A87TD EVO + Rosewill Smart One case - $109.99 + $49.99 - $15 combo = $144.98

total: $784.98

I know the mobo wouldn't be good for crossfire, but i dont really expect to go crossfire (I bought a more expensive mobo last time to keep the option of sli open and never took that opportunity).

Everything seems to have pretty good reviews, but does anybody know about any of these parts individually or compatibility between them?
