hello so its my first time here in forums cause i look to find help but cant find solution anywhere on net either my friends dont know solution.So i bougth month ago a new video card gts 250 512mb ddr3 other system specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_ldr.100226-1909)
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
4096MB RAM
dx10
Current Mode: 1280 x 1024 (32 bit) (75Hz)

So my problem is iv tested lots of games
section 8-28-50fps
assasin creed 2-24-40fps depends on detail my camera is pointet
Battlefield Bad company 2-runin great but when is more smoke kinda slows but its fine 28-50fps
settlers 7-24-35fps
im asking why i get so low fps in games i tough that with gts 250 all games should run greatly not so poor.My old 8600 was like awesome card for its time but now 250 to run at that fps idk wats wrong.Is it possible to be processor or wat pls tell solution and do i need procesor drivers? Sry for bad english

Did you do a proper removal of the old card before installing the new card?

Well the old video iv send my video to a shop they changed it at store when bougth new one from them and they test it and no troubles.Idk i saw only 1 cable from old one lol wat to remove more

Ok i put this driver i know that i had it before but seems not this ver so wat to do else?
