Dual monitor setting taskbar not displayed

I just tried to connect my LCD to laptop with Vista.
I changed monitor 2 as primary in display settings and somehow due to wrong pixels, my LCD TV is not displaying the laptop screen.

Now my problem is, I cannot change the display settings because I can see the taskbar, any windows I open with keyboard shortcurs. I am in wrong screen now.
How to undo the display setting or how to switch the screens???

I would try unplugging the LCD and restart the computer as it works 99% of the time.
