Replacing CPU on Toshiba satellite p205

Hello, does anyone know if I can replace the processor on my Toshiba p205 to a newer one that is at least 2.6GHz?

Probably not, laptop CPUs don't tend to be upgradable by the consumer. You may be able to upgrade your processor to one of the same series, the one in the P205 is the Core 2 Duo T5300 I think, you might be able to upgrade something like the T5400, however it may not if the motherboard does not support the CPU.
